Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of lmapacademy.org (the "Website") and any course you access or buy from LMAP Academy Pvt. Ltd. ("LMAP Academy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password private.
• One account is for one person. Sharing your login or course content with others is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended without a refund.
• You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy a course.

2. Courses and access

• When your payment is confirmed you get access to the course(s) you bought for as long as the course is offered on the Website ("lifetime access"). If we ever retire a course, we will give you at least 60 days' notice to finish it.
• We update courses to keep them current. Lessons may be added, changed or reorganised.
• Courses are delivered digitally on the Website. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change prices or run offers at any time. Changes do not affect courses you have already bought.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All course content — text, videos, templates, code and images — belongs to LMAP Academy or its licensors. You may use it for your own learning and apply what you learn in your own work. You may not copy, resell, republish, record or distribute the content.

6. Certificates

Certificates confirm that you completed every lesson of a course on the Website. They are not a degree, diploma or government-recognised qualification.

7. No guarantees of outcomes

Our courses teach skills. We do not guarantee any job, promotion, income or business result. Any examples of earnings or prices are illustrative only.

8. AI tools and third-party services

Courses teach third-party tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Zapier, Make or n8n). Those services have their own terms, prices and privacy policies, and may change features at any time. You are responsible for your accounts and any costs with them.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Website — for example by attempting to access other users' accounts, scraping content, or interfering with its security or operation.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
