About this course
This is a practical, beginner-friendly course for anyone who wants to use AI assistants in real daily work, without any technical background. If you are a working professional, a fresher, a career returner, someone moving from government-exam preparation to a private job, or a small business owner, this course is built for you.
You will learn how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot actually work, where they make mistakes, and how to choose the right one for each task. Then you will apply them to everyday work: drafting emails and messages in English, Hindi and regional languages, writing reports, researching and summarising long PDFs with proper fact-checking, working with spreadsheets, and turning meetings into clear action items.
The final module focuses on your career and habits: tailoring your resume and cover letter to real job posts, improving your LinkedIn profile, practising Indian-style interviews, and using AI safely within workplace privacy rules. You finish by building a personal library of 20 tested prompts and a weekly AI workflow plan.
Every lesson is short, written in plain English with Indian examples, and ends with a hands-on exercise you can complete in 10 to 20 minutes using free versions of the tools.
